ASICS Gel-Cumulus 28 Women's Running Shoes

The GEL-CUMULUS 28 is a lightweight running shoe that's designed to provide a smooth underfoot experience.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Providing enhanced breathability and comfort, the upper of the Gel-Cumulus 28 promotes in-shoe freshness for the entirety of your run. Perforations within the upper allow for air to circulate effectively around the foot, allowing heat to escape and make room for cooling freshness. The material also protects the foot from possible snags and reduces the possibility of distractions when racking up the miles. For superb midfoot lockdown, a traditional lacing system has been used, helping to stabilise your foot and keep the fit snug. To complete the upper is reflective detailing, which improves your visibility in low light conditions and keeps you pushing onwards well into dusk.

FF BLAST MAX Midsole

Adding unbelievable energy and cushioning to your run, the FF BLAST MAX midsole of the Gel Cumulus 28 keeps you moving forward with ease. Designed with a 'cloud-like' feel, the foam blankets your feet in soft comfort through every step, making your run more enjoyable. As feet strike down on hard and unforgiving surfaces, shock is absorbed effectively into the foam, protecting your joints from possible injury. The absorbed impact is then released within your following strides as powerful energy, helping to propel you forward with force. This has been combined with PureGEL technology for enhanced shock absorption, doubling up on a protective midsole for maximised comfort. PureGEL also aids in creating softer landings and keeping you focused on the path ahead. Sitting atop the midsole is an Ortholite X-30 Sockliner, which completes the plush cushioning while also helping to wick moisture away from the foot, promoting a dryer and fresher run.

FLUIDRIDE Outsole

Offering a mix of both comfort and fantastic grip, the FLUIDRIDE outsole keeps you confident in your step. Whether running over dry paths or rain-slicked roads, the rubber helps you to stick to the ground. AHAR LO rubber has also been added for further grip. This low-density rubber has been strategically focused in key areas for reliable grip, helping you perfect toe-offs and corner with ease.
