Upper

A lightweight, gradient jacquard-mesh upper will encase your feet in breathable comfort. Its seamless construction provides an irritation-free fit; because we know how blisters and rubbing can ruin your day. Asics' Fluidfit upper technology combines multi-directional stretch mesh with stretch reinforcements that adapt to the foot, creating a truly customized, glove-like fit and therefore reducing in-shoe slippage for a distraction-free run, with minimal friction. The 3D printed overlays provide smooth support. The upper is tightened and loosened in certain areas to allow for the foot's natural motion; working with you as you train for everything from morning runs to challenging marathons. Midsole

Outsole

A Trusstic System has been implemented to reduce the weight of the sole unit and link the forefoot and rearfoot; working alongside the Guidance Line technology to encourage a more consistent, directional gait. A Durasponge Outsole completes the Asics Gel Nimbus 19, supplying EVEN MORE cushioning and durability.
