Suede Leather and Nylon Upper

The upper has been created using a GORE-TEX Performance Comfort Footwear lining that offers non-insulated protection to keep you dry and comfortably cool in moderate to warm conditions and during higher activity levels. The GORE-TEX membrane supplies a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability and ensures that water remains on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfy. A rubber toe cap offers additional protection from loose debris and rocks while the soft collar and tongue sit close to the foot for optimal comfort. The heel pull tabs assist in putting the shoes on and off and completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Mono-Density EVA Midsole

The midsole of the Acadia utilises a mono-density EVA to provide long-lasting cushioning and outstanding underfoot comfort. The EVA feels soft underfoot for increased comfort on expeditions but, the foam also provides ample support to spare your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. The midsole ensures you can go further for longer by inundating shocks and protecting your feet when striking down and a softer EVA is co-injected in the rear part which disperses shock to propel you forward. The midsole ensures long-lasting comfort for long expeditions.

Asolo Acadia Rubber Outsole

Complteing the Acadia GORE-TEX is an Asolo Acadia rubber outsole. Developed using a Signma Grip compound, the rubber provides excellent grip and durability and is perfect for outdoor activities. Ensuring multi-directional grip, the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing whether you're hiking or out for a stroll in the local park. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on challenging terrain and works to protect itself from damage and prevent you from losing control and slipping.
