Suede Leather Upper

A wonderful combination of water-resistant suede, and polyester fabrics produce this excellent upper for the Pipe GV Walking Shoes. The soft suede materials are water-resistant to repel light rain with the ability to keep feet dry and comfortable and the polyester provides durability in areas of the shoes which are high wearing. Providing feet with the perfect microclimate, the shoes have elements of breathability, to allow optimal airflow to pass through the shoes, and keep you feeling comfortable at all times. Additionally, a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort Footwear lining ensures a great level of waterproofness alongside this exceptional breathability. This excellent combination of materials guarantees that feet will remain dry, fresh and comfortable no matter what adventure you're currently undergoing. The Pipe GV's have a Schoeller Soft Shell collar which provides you with protection, and comfort across your ankle. A rubber toe cap provides you with additional front protection, preventing knock and bumps from causing injury on the trail. Completing the uppers of these shoes is an eyelet lace-up system for fast, precise lacing, to keep feet locked in and secure whilst wearing.

EVA Midsole

Designed using an EVA midsole, these walking shoes aim to provide you with enough cushioning and comfort to get you through the day. The EVA midsole provides comfort and protection on uneven terrain, it resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. Atop the midsole is a lightweight Lite 2 insole for additional comfort and cushioning.

Asolo-Vibram Outsole

The Pipe GV's utilise an impressive Asolo-Vibram Outsole alongside MegaGrip compound, with works to provide superior traction and excellent grip on a wide variety of terrains. Using a MegaGrip compound, the shoes are a perfect choice for walking on varied terrain, whether that's wet and soggy, or dried up conditions, providing you with a versatile shoe. Deep lugs provided ensure that the lugs have self-cleaning action, reducing the level of mud and stones that get trapped on the soles of your shoes.
