Pushing hard in the mountains means sweat. In cold conditions you can't afford for your layers to become saturated or you'll get cold, fast. That's why layering and fabrics are so important. The M MTN Guide MW Hoody helps you maintain optimum temperature and comfort.
Engineered using the Polartec Power Grid, the MTN Guide MW jacket from Berghaus offers outstanding warmth at a super light weight. The material is super stretchy, ensuring you feel unrestricted in your movements, helping you perform to your best ability. It is also super fast drying to prevent wet discomfort and doesn't hold moisture to keep you fresh and comfortable. Flatlock seams minimise irritation from possible rubbing and enhance comfort, while reflective details improve visibility and safety in low-light conditions. Polartec Power Wool has been utilised within the neck gaiter/mask for optimal warmth, breathability and comfort, while the under-helmet hood with a micro-bind finish sits lightweight and snug against the head. Micro-binding also features within the hem for minimal weight, and stretch cuffs have been utilised to entrap heat. Finally, two harness- and pack-compatible hand pockets have been implemented into the design, slightly heightened for all activities.
