Designed for fast transitions, long days in the mountains, and varied terrains, it offers an excellent balance between lightness, durability, and functionality.
Featuring high-tenacity nylon, the Firecrest backpack offers durable wear at a minimal weight, perfect for rugged mountain exploring. Sporting a high-performance carry system, the bag sits snug and securely against your back, with integrated chest pockets on the shoulder straps that have been updated to hold a flask and mobile phone safely. A sternum strap centralises the weight for improved balance and can be adjusted for a personalised fit, along with the padded waist belt for better load transfer. For wide access into the main compartment, a draw cord opening has been utilised, while a buckle top then clips securely over the top; this lid can hold a rope system or helmet. A lengthened side zip has been implemented into the design to allow access to the main compartment when clipped in. Other storage points on the backpack include a stretch side pocket to hold a bottle, a 2L zipped pocket that you can access from the top of the bag, enhanced ice axe holders and a ski carry system. A removeable avalanche pocket can be found within the backpack, which has been widened and fully padded to hold tools and is compatible with a helmet system (not included.) The bag is also compatible with a hydration system (not included.)
