Also, the compression helps to reduce inflammation whilst the unique Waffle Effect knit improves lymphatic drainage for super fast toxin elimination whilst being soft against the skin for a comfortable feel. The combination of the technologies above means the dreaded DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) can be reduced by up to 50%.
