An exclusive Compressport technology, the hyperventilated fibre, characterises the new R2 Oxygen. It offers maximum support to the calf, tibia and Achilles tendon, reducing muscle vibrations by 30%. The muscles lose a little bit of energy with every vibration, so by decreasing the vibrations during effort your muscles can save that same energy for later on in the activity you're taking part in which then allows you to perform better and for longer. By increasing muscle oxygenation by 17% and venous flow by 10% to 15%, the sleeves limit aches and swollen legs after your chosen activity.
The calf sleeves provide targeted and graduated compression to help increases blood flow thus providing a higher volume of fresh oxygen to the calf muscles. This compression helps the muscles perform better over longer distances as well as helps speed up the recovery time, while ventilation bands directly integrated in the ultra-extendible fibre allow optimal oxygenation of the muscles.
When worn before effort, the sleeves allow a fast recovery and keeps the calfs fresh and ready to perform, when worn after effort, the sleeves keep a healthy flow of oxygenated blood to the areas that need it most to keep you free of soreness and swelling. The calf sleeves significantly reduce lactic acid in the muscles allowing for a faster recovery.
