COROS APEX 4 Premium Multisport GPS Watch (42mm)

Designed for mountain athletes who demand high-performance navigation, long battery life, durability, and an end-to-end training system, the COROS APEX 4 can help you achieve your biggest goals.

Battery Life and Watch Face

Outlast your longest workout with battery life you can rely on, even in the middle of an Iron Man triathlon or ultra-marathon. Thanks to the low power consumption from the latest satellite signal system design, the APEX 4 features a 15-day battery life in regular use, 41 hours in Endurance GPS mode, 34 hours in High GPS mode and 26 hours in Max GPS mode. A bright 42mm Sapphire glass touch screen lens ensures a clear display and is easy to use, with side buttons enhancing navigation of the watch, while the lightweight, titanium alloy bezel offers exceptional durability.

Built-In Speaker and Voice Pins

A built-in speaker and microphone enable you to make and receive phone calls from your wrist when your watch is paired to your smartphone, and you can even use your smartphone's voice assistant to respond to text messages. With the speaker, you can also record voice pins and use them for commands when saving your location.

GPS Features

With the APEX 4, you're free to go wherever your activities take you - the watch receives signals from all five major satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, QZSS), which can track better in more challenging environments than GPS alone. Whether you're on or off road, the network capabilities help you track how far, fast and hard you've run. The watch can give you exact GPS coordinates, air pressure and estimated elevation to give you a clearer location.

Navigation Functions

Allowing you to find freedom and adventure, the APEX 4 features navigation functions to keep you on the right path. This allows you to access maps right from your watch quickly and easily, so there are no limits on your adventures. Landscape and Topo map layers, along with trail and street names, help simplify the planning of your runs or hikes, letting you set your target distance and receive turn-by-turn directions to help you stay on course. Off-course alerts ensure you don't stray from the trail path, with back-to-start directions should the path ahead be blocked. The digital dial makes it easy to zoom in and out of your map, while the touchscreen allows you to drag the map with your finger.

24/7 Health And Wellness Monitoring

The watch takes you beyond your sport and is fitted with 24/7 health and wellness monitoring designed to help you optimise your recovery. On your wrist, elevate wrist heart rate technology lets you monitor your heart rate without wearing a chest strap. In addition to counting steps and monitoring sleep, the watch uses heart rate to provide calories burned information and quantify the intensity of your fitness activities. It also measures your heart rate variability to calculate a stress score that helps you assess what level of activity your body is ready for. The watch will also monitor your sleep to keep tabs on your well-being and how much restful sleep you're getting each night. Using a Pulse Ox sensor, the watch estimates your blood oxygen saturation so you can see how well your body is absorbing oxygen when you sleep. This technology also shows when your body is likely to be at optimum performance, so you can plan your day around peak activity times. Morning reports and training readiness features combine your health and training data for easier interpretation and analysis.

Advanced Performance Analytics

Through the APEX 4, you can receive personalised training and recovery insights to help you prepare for future races. It works to keep track of your maximal oxygen uptake during exercise and understand how external factors may affect your performance. The watch uses this data to evaluate your recent exercise history and performance indicators to let you know if you're training productively, peaking or overreaching. It can also view your overall training load, which measures your exercise volume from the last seven days and compares it to the optimal range for your fitness and recent training history. The watch also allows you to view your entire week of daily suggested workouts, which adapt after every run to match your performance and recovery.

Multi-Sports

The perfect watch for all sports, the APEX 4 lets you change things up with ease thanks to built-in activity profiles for running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, trail running, hiking, strength training and many more. The watch also features four different climbing modes, switch between bouldering, single-pitch, multi-pitch, and mountain climbing to have data that fits your exact needs.
