The air inside is able to be replaced by cooler air from outside. This is perfect for when you become more active, as your muscles working harder will cause your body to warm. By allowing colder air in, this will help to maintain your body temperature to keep you feeling cool and fresh. A full zip down the front of the jacket with an inner zip guard will keep you protected from wind, and can be adjusted easily to allow air in and out for ventilation.
