A selection of durable, high-quality materials combine through the construction of the Freerider 28 SL, to enhance your wearing experience, and provide you with a long-lasting, reliable pack for all your winter adventures. Compromising high strength, yet assuring low weight, the fabrics present are tightly woven 210 and 330 denier polyamide. The technical, shiny surface of the materials along with robust Ripstop threads lends the fabric a striking appearance, while still ensuring the construction is light, however, exceptionally stable. As well as this, the fabrics have a high-quality PU coating to prevent water and moisture absorption, keeping your belongings dry. The Freerider is specifically designed for winter treks and has a carry system that lends to this wonderfully. The main compartment of the bag can be accessed via a zipped opening, which provides you with great oversight of the contents. This also means the carry system remains dry, and when a little bit of snow does get onto the system, the hard-wearing, breathable, snow-resistant fabric will ensure your back remains dry. The Freerider also has multiple compartments to easily organise your belongings, such as an elasticated inner compartment for storing your wet/sweaty items of clothing or a water reservoir. The bag is therefore compatible with a 3.0-litre drinking system. Additional elements such as an ice axe attachment, attachment loops for a helmet holder and an A-Frame ski fixation, allow you to store multiple items on the outside of your bag. The pack will sit comfortably due to the Alpine System, which ensures the optimum balance of carrying comfort, durability and function in terms of weight. It has Softstripe pads to embrace the back flexibly during each movement. In conjunction with the streamlined packsack, the load is always close to the body's centre of gravity. This guarantees full control of the backpack. Working alongside this, the Delrin U-Frames and load adjustment straps ensure you remain comfortable. The backpack has hip fins with loops, for a comfortable cosy fit, ensuring that the pack stays in place, and an adjustable sternum strap provides you with the ability to make preferences to the fit.
