The Evolv Zenist allows you to sense every nuance of the wall to give you the performance and balance you need. Designed to tackle volume-style climbing, it combines structural support in the upper parts of the shoes with the deconstructed midsole and outsole for exceptional sensitivity.
Featuring a synthetic upper, the Shaman 2S ensures comfort and support. The design of the upper sits comfortably against the skin and has minimal stretch to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free climbs. A tensioned heel rand wraps around the heel, sides and toes to provide structural support and protection against abrasion, while the large toe patch features a textured pattern that offers exceptional grip for secure toe hooking. Completing the upper is a single closure strap, which provides a supportive and powerful fit for increased midfoot comfort.
The midsole of the Zenist is made from a half-length tensioned rubber that is low in profile to save on weight and increase underfoot feel. The midsole incorporates a blend of rigidity without sacrificing sensitivity. Increased sensitivity is important when climbing as it allows you to get a feel of the rock or ground beneath you before committing.
Providing you with exceptional traction, the TRAX SAS 3.5mm Outsole adds maximum durability.
The outsole maximises your performance in the gym and on the rock with the stickiest rubber compound available. The high-friction rubber allows you to grasp onto the smallest foothold and edge your way onto angled terrain; this versatile compound supports climbers as they cruise up the most technical terrain. The sole's job is to make sure you don't slip especially on uncompromising climbs and the Trax SAS is there to support you at all times.
