The Volt focuses on comfort and durability in a lightweight, supportive shoe. The DURA rubber outsole makes this perfect for all surfaces especially outdoors, which makes this an ideal affordable netball-specific shoe for social and school netballers and suitable for all surfaces.
The upper of the Volt has been crafted from a highly durable synthetic leather for the perfect breathable, protective fit. The upper includes perforations that provide constant airflow, keeping your feet cool and dry throughout training or matches. By using synthetic leather, the shoes offer structure and support to the ankle and foot so you can make those decisive movements in comfort and confidence. A new high-performance last provides a dynamic, comfortable fit, while the traditional lacing system locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a locked-in fit.
Providing the foot with plenty of cushioning when landing, the Volt features a Litefoam midsole. This midsole offers plenty of protection and shock absorption; not only that, it provides a super-fast feel with high energy return, giving you a spring in your step to propel you forward and move faster than ever. Underfoot, an O-X25 footbed provides further comfort and rebound, as well as step-in plushness. The midsole finishing is a 3D torsional shank piece that prevents twisting in the shoe, providing a stable platform for quick turns.
The Gilbert Volt has been designed with a Dura Rubber outsole, which provides grip, traction, and durability on all surfaces indoors and outside. The outsole offers a stable base and optimal landing control, helping you make those decisive moves with confidence. The hard-wearing rubber outsole includes multi-directional grooves to provide additional stability and grip.
