Gore Phantom GORE-TEX Infinium Jacket

Designed to keep you protected from the elements when out on your bike, and additionally offering you versatility with removable sleeves, the Gore Phantom GORE-TEX Infinium Jacket is the perfect extra layer for the winter months.

Constructed using GORE-TEX Infinium, the jacket shields you from the wind whilst delivering maximum breathability to keep you comfortable in windy weather conditions. The totally windproof, yet extremely breathable membrane blocks the wind and allows vapour to escape. This combination of protection and breathability minimises the wind's chilling effect whilst reducing the risk of overheating when you are active. As well as being windproof and enhancing breathability, the GORE-TEX Infinium fabric provides durable protection from light rain showers, keeping you protected no matter what the weather. Working with GORE-TEX Infinium is GORE windstopper technology which provides further weather protection. A slim fit sits comfortably against the skin for all-day wear. The slim fit is close against the body but won't restrict your natural movement so you can enjoy a comfortable range of motion, making it perfect for cycling. The sleeves are lengthened and the tail is dropped more than a normal jacket, making it even more specialised for cycling. The raglan sleeves are detachable, which gives you the option to allow more air in without removing the jacket completely. This makes it perfect for changeable conditions.

Down the front of the jacket, there is a full zip which is easily adjusted. This is perfect for quickly changing when heading down a chill descent, or as you begin to climb and need to cool off. A close-fitting high collar will sit comfortably around the neck, feeling soft and smooth against the skin. The jacket has three gusseted pockets on the back of it, whilst it also has a secure zip pocket, where you can store valuables like keys and bank cards securely. Holding the jacket firmly in place, there is an elastic grip on the bottom hem. This will keep the jacket in a comfortable position around the waist, preventing it from riding up. A stretch panel on the back will make the fit feel personalised, stretching to your individual body shape. Reflective details on the jacket will improve your visibility and safety during night time and low light riding. Flat-lying seams will remove the risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing. For when you feel too warm and that you don't need the jacket, it is easily packed into a smaller size, making it perfect for all conditions, as you can quickly take it off and pack it away.
