Built for deep free ride days on big mountains in the hardest conditions, this highly-breathable, waterproof, Primaloft insulated ski jacket in a relaxed fit keeps you covered while you charge a new line. The 2 ply fabric construction and jacquard knitted fabric provide a durable outer, with a durable water repellency treatment to help protect you from the elements and shed rainwater. The fully seam-sealed jacket keeps the cold out and provides maximum heat retention, for all the protection you need in snowy conditions. Filled with Primaloft insulation, the Garibaldi will keep you super warm in cold conditions, and provide breathable, waterproof and windproof protection. Despite being waterproof and windproof, the Garibaldi does not compromise on breathability. Cool air is able to circulate the garment whilst hot air can escape, helping to prevent intolerable heat build-ups. Underarm ventilation zippers also help this, allowing you to get a burst of cool air when things start to heat up. Articulated sleeves allow for optimal mobility, whilst the snap away stretch powder skirt prevents snow from getting up your jacket. The helmet-compatible hood is adjustable so that you can create the ideal fit, and also features a hi-vis brim to help increase your visibility in low-light conditions. Wrist gaiters with thumbholes provide extra warmth and coverage to the hands and prevent the sleeves from riding up during movement. The Garibaldi features an array of pockets for your ski essentials including dual handwarmer pockets and a chest pocket, as well as internal goggle and electronics pockets, a ski pass pocket and a LIFE pocket. Lastly, this jacket integrates a RECCO Advanced Rescue System to help keep you safe. The RECCO reflector makes you searchable to rescuers should something bad happen. RECCO reflectors are lightweight passive transponders which require no power or activation to function. They consist of a diode and an antenna. The RECCO detector emits a directional radar signal, like the beam of a flashlight. When the radar signal hits the RECCO reflector, it is echoed back to the detector and points the rescuer in the direction of the victim. The closer the detector gets to the reflector the stronger the returned-signal, ultimately allowing the rescuer to pinpoint the victim's location.
