GORE-TEX Upper

The upper of the L.I.M Horizon Hike is constructed with durable ripstop fabric and a GORE-TEX membrane. The GORE-TEX membrane is designed for a wide range of outdoor activities and ensures your feet remain dry and comfortable no matter the weather. GORE-TEX features microscopic pores smaller than water droplets but larger than vapour, allowing sweat to escape while blocking external moisture, keeping feet dry inside and out. The ripstop fabric is hard-wearing, protecting itself and your feet from knocks and scrapes on the trail, for a pair of footwear built to last. The upper is reinforced with abrasion-resistant TPU film overlays; the combination keeps your feet dry, comfortable and protected without weighing you down. The gusseted tongue enhances the boots' comfort while preventing trail debris from entering. The traditional lacing system locks the foot down to prevent excessive movement. The lacing holes have been supported with two top hooks for easy lacing and a lace pocket to prevent tripping hazards, creating a stress-free experience. Heel and tongue loops have been added, allowing easy on/off of the boots.

EVA Midsole

A full-length EVA midsole offers extensive cushioning and protection from rough or rocky ground, allowing you to hike in comfort without worrying about your feet. The midsole also absorbs shocks as your foot strikes the ground, reducing strain on the foot. The EVA compound absorbs the energy created from heel striking and expels it through your next step, where it can be used to catapult you forward.

Vibram XS Trek Rubber Outsole

Supreme grip and traction are guaranteed with the Vibram XS Trek rubber outsole. This rubber outsole is light, while remaining very durable. The outsole is a tough rubber compound used in heavy-contact, high-wear areas, helping cut excessive wear. The high-abrasion outsole provides a strong grip and protects itself from damage and users from losing control and slipping. Creating a strong bond with the ground beneath it, the outsole allows you to stay in full control at all times. Equipped to tackle wet and variable terrain, Haglofs have also included flexible, stable, and highly cushioned Vibram Traction Lugs to provide enhanced traction on changing terrain.
