The Haglofs PS Balaclava is equipped with Polartec Power Stretch Pro which is engineered to push the performance of their base stretch fabrics even further. By reinforcing the elastic fibres on the exterior surface they have enhanced the overall 4-way stretch for more support and stability during movement. This unique construction allows for increased resistance and durability against the elements without sacrificing breathability or comfort. Polartec Power Stretch Pro has the ability to retain warmth without restricting movement or agility during activities. The outer surface has a low-friction finish to reduce irritation when worn with other fabrics and increase overall abrasion resistance. This next-to-skin layer stays dry, breathable and comfortable by continuously transferring moisture vapour for rapid evaporation. This enhanced performance versatility provides the flexible support and warmth needed for reliable comfort in any fitness based activity. Polartec Power Stretch Pro wicks moisture and regulates breathability like a base material with the fortified ability to handle direct exposure to the elements.
The Balaclava is constructed with a minimal pack volume, with a thinner jersey knit used in more sensitive areas and where goggles may add bulk. Additionally, made with flat locked seams throughout, it ensures maximum comfort to the wearer.
