Collaborating with GORE-TEX, the material used in the pants are waterproof with a hydrostatic head of 28,000mm. The material is also extremely lightweight and highly durable. This means that you can really push yourself past boundaries you didn't think that you could cross. An elasticated waist means that the fit will always be snug, not feeling uncomfortably tight, whilst also not being too loose. Water-resistant side zippers can be opened to assist with taking the pants off around boots, as well as being unzipped for ventilation. The lower leg is tapered, which avoids excess material for a perfect fit. Articulated knees and seat make it feel a lot less restrictive. After you have used them on a damp day, the rear hanging loop makes drying them easy to do, as the water wicks away from the material. The pants are environmentally friendly, as they are made using a DWR that is free from fluorocarbons of environmental concern.
