<p>Constructed with an open, engineered mesh the Hoka Bondi 7 offers a secure fit that hugs the foot for optimum comfort and flexibility, whilst remaining highly breathable. Allowing cool air to permeate the fabric, uncomfortable heat build-up is removed creating a healthy environment feet can thrive in. The mesh pattern is what differs from the Bondi 6, with larger perforations over the toe box and some smaller vents over the mid foot and at the arch. Striking the perfect balance between support and encouraging the foot to move naturally, the lycra comfort frame heel section works with a lowered heel collar providing support and stability to the rear foot without restriction to the Achilles or ankle. An additional internal heel counter provides a secure, locked-in fit that reduces in shoe slippage whilst the traditional lace closure secures the midfoot working together for a distraction-ride.</p>

<p>Early-stage Meta-Rocker geometry is applied in the midsole to increase running efficiency. This design supports a runner's natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe off. A moderate heel bevel helps to promote a smooth heel-to-toe transition; it enhances ground contact and unites with flat-waisted geometry to stabilise and support every stride.</p>
