Furthermore, this construction provides a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air that resides within the shoes during intense activity. TPU overlays add structure and protection to the upper, keeping you running fast and furious for your entire workout or race while a traditional lacing system helps to lock the midfoot down to prevent excessive movement.
PEBA Foam Midsole
Supplying you with an exceptional ride, and a reliable pair of racing shoes, the Cielo RD Running Shoes utilise a PEBA foam, with an increased stack height, providing you with a more cushioned, responsive ride. The foam adapts to your stride and provides you with a great balance of support and flexibility and also helps to reduce injury by cushioning landing and returning this energy by providing you with propulsive toe-offs. Meta-Rocker geometry is specifically designed with a low heel-toe differential and a sculpted outsole to create a rocking chair-style effect to encourage a guided gait cycle for a faster toe-off. This supports a runner's natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe-off.
Durabrasion Outsole
A grippy outsole with a full ground contact design completes the Cielo RD Running Shoe. Strategic high-abrasion rubber zones adorn this; increasing the shoe's durability, reducing its weight, and employing an updated lug pattern to supply enhanced traction on every road surface.
