Cordura Mesh Upper

Using a combination of Cordura Mesh and a GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane, the Transporter GORE-TEX have abrasion-resistant properties to provide a great deal of comfortable protection during adventures. The Cordura mesh will ensure that feet are shielded from knocks and bumps, thanks to its durable properties. Highly breathable, it prevents overheating and keeps you cool on your next hike. The GORE-TEX membrane will ensure that feet remain dry throughout your journey by repelling rain and water, as well as an optimised level of breathability to further prevent discomfort. An abrasion-resistant toe cap keeps your toes shielded from knocks and bumps on the trail, helping to prevent injuries. Providing you with a quick and easily adjustable lacing system, the shoes have a quick-lace construction, meaning a quick pull will allow you to get a preferred fit. Alongside this, the shoes have a recycled tongue and collar lining, further preventing irritation or abrasion, and will work alongside the laces to prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring. Finally, the shoes have 360 degrees of reflectivity to enhance your visibility when out in low-light conditions.

Sugarcane EVA Midsole

The midsoles of the Transport employ a 30% sugarcane EVA, providing you with sustainably minded cushioning. A full-length EVA platform resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole. The energy produced from this will also be returned as a rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step.

Vibram EcoStep Recycle EVO Outsole

The Transport GORE-TEX utilises a Vibram EcoStep Recycle EVO Outsole, which is an innovative combination of sustainability and performance for your outsoles. The outsole is made from 30% regrind recycled rubber, whilst still providing the usual outstanding properties of a typical Vibram outsole. The outsole will keep you in firm control across a range of different terrains over a long period of time. The outsole will anchor you into place, forming a solid bond with the ground below, keeping you in a strong and controlled position. Completing the outsole are flex grooves which encourage multi-direction movement.
