Hoka Clifton 10 Men's Running Shoes
A trusted running shoe for daily maintenance miles, the Clifton has been the keystone of Hoka's cushioned styles for 10 years. Ushering in a new era of plush performance, this next-generation update delivers a revitalised underfoot experience with an additional 3mm heel-to-toe drop.
Jacquard Knit Upper
The upper of the Clifton 10 has been constructed using a jacquard knit, which offers an improved fit and increased breathability compared to previous models, with a refined heel and a better forefoot fit. Not only breathable, it is highly wicking too, actively and efficiently removing sweat and moisture as it is created, leaving your feet feeling cool, dry and comfortable even when your training heats up. Perforations in the upper encourage cool air to circulate whilst built-up heat escapes, creating a cooler, drier environment for feet to thrive. For a secure fit, the shoes have a double-lace lock system to prevent tongue movement, while the padded tongue sits softly against the skin for all-day wear and comfort. Completing the upper are reflective elements that provide visibility in low-light conditions, allowing you to train safely on early morning or late night runs.
CMEVA Midsole
Smooth Meta-Rocker geometry has been added to the newest version of the Clifton. This has been designed to increase running efficiency and create a smoother ride as you run. The Meta-Rocker geometry uses a low heel-to-toe differential and a sculpted outsole to create a unique fulcrum effect, similar to a rocking chair, encouraging a guided gait cycle. Supporting a runner's natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe-off allows you to run for longer, as this slows fatigue. The midsole geometry has been fine-tuned from the last model, providing a more stable ride. A platform of compression-moulded EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft, and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces whilst adding an energetic response with each step. Hoka has introduced their Rearfoot-Focused Active Foot Frame technology, designed to cradle and support the foot in the rearfoot area, enhancing stability and a smooth transition from midfoot landing to toe-off. This is further enhanced by the extra 3mm drop from the previous iteration. Increasing underfoot comfort, Hoka has added a moulded EVA sockliner for a soft feel with every step.
Durabrasion Outsole
A grippy outsole with a full ground contact design completes the Clifton 10. A new tread design has been introduced, increasing traction while being lightweight. This keeps you in firm control across varied terrains over a long period. The rubber is highly durable, resisting the traumas of heel strikes to bring you a long-lasting running buddy.
