GORE-TEX Upper
Get out into nature with these walking boots. They have a GORE-TEX lining that provides a breathable yet waterproof barrier so you can explore worry-free. The 71% recycled polyester face fabric looks sleek and is nimble without costing the planet and the traditional lacing system locks in the fit with speed lace hooks for quick and easy on/off. A durable toe cap and heel provide robust protection to keep you safe from knocks and scrapes, whilst 360 degree reflective detailing ensures visibility in low light. A heel pull tab assists with on/off and the higher cut of the boot supplies plenty of ankle support.
EVA Midsole
Underfoot there is a 30% sugarcane EVA midsole which supplies cushioning comfort. It attenuates shock as you strike down, protecting your joints from impact as you strike down, keeping your feet feeling fresher for longer, so you can see more of the great outdoors. The midsole also features a heel-focused Active Foot Frame, it cups the heel to keep it in place, providing a secure fit that is supportive and comfortable. This is combined with Smooth Metarocker technology, which works to assist the gait cycle, propelling you from your last step into your next one. This makes for smoother transitions and again saves energy for longer days on your feet. Atop this is a moulded 50% soybean oil sockliner, it provides step-in comfort and plushness.
Vibram Megagrip Outsole
The outsole is constructed from a single piece of Vibram Megagrip rubber that provides reliable grip and traction underfoot - across the entirety of the shoe. It is robust, resisting damage over time and it is sticky, forming a solid bond with the ground beneath for confident strides. Working in combination with the Megagrip rubber are Traction Lugs. These 4mm multi-directional lugs bite into the earth, helping you to stay firmly planted in wet conditions. They also shed mud with ease so you won't get bogged down in poor weather conditions.
