Compression Sleeve

The compression sleeve is constructed from a 3mm premium grade neoprene plush fabric, built to stretch, sit well against the skin and importantly aid comfort. It's non restrictive design allows for a greater range of motion and mobility. The Knee support can also be positioned on the shin for shin splints and the calf for strains.

Ice Cell Features

HyperIce have designed the Multi-Use support with an Ice cell feature, an ultra thin durable cell skin for rapid cold transfer and depth of penetration. It's flexible nature conforms to the body's contours as it maximises the points of contact. The Ice Cell's antimicrobial technology prevents the growth of any bacteria. Meanwhile the Ice Cell also features a built in water tight seal which provides resistance against any possible leaks, finally a built in air release valve allows the wearer to customise the support, giving you the maximum possible compression.

Instructions

• Fill the Ice Cell 2/3 with ice- do not add water. Crushed ice or small ice nuggets work best with all Hyperice products.
• Place the Ice Cell on a flat surface and flatten out- removing as much air from the Ice Cell as possible before securing the cap.
• Insert the Ice Cell into the Compression Wrap
• Place on the body and apply the compression straps to the desired level of compression.
• Lightly press the Air Release Valve to remove air from the Ice Cell. For added compression, re-tighten the compression straps after the air has been released.
• Leave the device on for 15-20 minutes. Press the Air Release Valve once every 5 minutes to release any air that accumulates during the treatment to sustain optimal compression.
