Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale

For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.

The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when hiking fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

Inov8 have graded the Roclite 350 Hiking Shoes as Grade 4.

Nylon Upper

Giving you the reassurance of hiking with dry feet, the Inov8 Roclite 350 uses a waterproof ballistic nylon that ensures that it repels water. This gives you the ability to hike with completely dry feet, as well as this, the Roclite 350 offers optimal breathability. This means that your feet will remain cool with the nylon upper allowing sweat to escape easily, therefore ensuring your feet remain cool and dry through optimal levels of ventilation. The extremely durable rand wraps around the shoe's upper which provides you with outstanding protection, additionally the welded toe bumper ensures high levels of protection against stones and debris keeping your feet well protected.

PowerFlow Midsole

The midsole for the Inov8 Roclite 350 is set with a PowerFlow compound for resilient cushioning with maximum memory retention. The active compound reduces resistance and forces pressed upon the underfoot, engaging a smooth stride through transition and over uneven grounds and delivers increased shock absorption and energy return. Offering a cushioned ride, the PowerFlow midsole provides 10% better shock absorption and 15% better energy return than standard midsoles allowing you to run harder for longer. Additionally, a METAPLATE shank delivers extra protection against rocks and debris on challenging terrain for a more cushioned, comfortable ride.

G-Grip Rubber Outsole

Inov8 have developed their revolutionary graphene-enhanced G-GRIP rubber outsole which has been scientifically proven to be 50% stronger, 50% more elastic and 50% harder wearing that anything else giving you all the tools to run further, faster. It has also been given traction for all terrains with versatile 6mm studs, each with a wide contact area which provide you with excellent grip on all terrains.
