Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale

For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.

The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

Inov8 have graded the F-LITE 300 Training Shoes as Grade 5.

Knitted Upper

Designed to be lightweight and breathable, the upper of the Inov8 F-LITE 300 Training Shoes have been constructed using an support knit. Acting as a lightweight second skin the knit ensures you are able to go the distance in complete comfort. Perforations in the fabric encourage cool air to circulate, removing uncomfortable heat build-up to create a healthy environment for your foot to thrive in. The kniited fabric allows cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst, at the same time allowing hot humid air to escape so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The knitted upper also works to support the foot as you move ensuring you always feel locked in and comfortable. The upper features a sock-like liner, delivering the ultimate comfort, flexibility and support. Additional reinforcement is facilitated by the ROPE-TEC embedded TPU cage. This is designed to add protection and durability, ideal for exercises such as rope climbs. It locks the foot in for a secure fit, providing additional support. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage.

EVA Midsole

The midsole of the Inov8 F-LITE 300 Training Shoes has been constructed using a lightweight EVA. The full-length platform of EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on training days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Energy produced from this will also be returned as rebound, which will give you an added spring in your step. Completing the midsole is an extra-cushioned footbed which offers increased cushioning without compromising on stability.

Graphene Outsole

Made with graphene, the F-LITE G 300 is Inov8's toughest and most durable training shoe yet. The graphene-enhanced rubber outsole is 50% stronger, 50% harder wearing and 50% more flexible. Graphene is thin, lightweight, and flexible, yet is 200x stronger than steel. This infusion of graphene with a sticky outsole delivers the world's toughest grip, offering great traction and control to your workouts. The graphene-enhanced rubber outsole wraps up around the shoe in key areas to offer the ultimate protection and durability.
