Breathable Mesh Upper
Any sweat or water inside the shoes can escape via the flexible, breathable upper materials ensuring a lightweight, super-comfortable feel. The mesh allows air to fully permeate the entire shoes, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air whilst simultaneously pushing out hot, muggy air. The welded overlays and met-cradle work in tandem to deliver a secure fit with increased durability. Additionally, they work endlessly to ensure the midfoot section of the shoes locks the foot down in place to provide a more stable and comfortable ride, whilst preventing any slipping from occurring within the shoes.
The flexible upper materials and gusseted tongue are non-water absorbing meaning the shoes remain at their lightweight best and eliminate discomfort. The gusseted tongue ensures outstanding protection against stones and other types of debris you may come across on the trail.
Injected EVA Fusion Midsole
The midsole for the Inov8 X-Talon 210 is set with an Injected EVA Fusion Foam for resilient cushioning with maximum memory retention. The active compound reduces resistance and forces pressed upon the underfoot, engaging a smooth stride through transition and over uneven grounds. The compound absorbs shock and impact forces that naturally occur during the heel strike phase of the gait cycle. That energy created is then transferred to the forefoot where it harnesses the energy to push you off to your next step, allowing you to be faster than before.
Graphene Grip
Inov8 have developed their revolutionary graphene-enhanced G-GRIP rubber outsole which has been scientifically proven to be 50% stronger, 50% more elastic and 50% harder wearing that anything else giving you all the tools to run further, faster. It has also been given traction for all terrains with versatile 8mm studs, each with a wide contact area which provide you with excellent grip on all terrains. Giving you all the grip from soft mud to hard rock, the X-Talon 210 have been positioned specifically so no debris clogs up on the outsole making sure you have everything you need to be the best.
