Your workout but better. These F-Lite training shoes help you push to levels you didn't know you were capable of thanks to the heavily breathable upper, lightweight and protective midsole and sticky outsole.
Featuring an engineered air mesh upper construction, the F-Lite has a one-piece, breathable structure to provide feet with irritation-free and cool wear during intense workouts and cross-training sessions. The 3D printed design of the upper works to keep feet fresh when things heat up and provides added protection and durability to keep feet and the shoes shielded from knocks, bumps and scrapes. A supportive MET-CRADLE overlay provides protection and allows you to lock in the fit for maximum security, while overlays at the toes further increase shielding to prevent stubs on weights. A traditional lacing system helps you adjust the fit to suit your needs, anchoring you into the shoes for maximum confidence.
