Inov8 Shoe Fit Scale

For technical footwear, a good fit is essential to enhance your performance. Inov8's new Shoe Fit Scale makes it easier to find the perfect fitting shoe. All Inov8 shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold, where they differ is in the toe box. The shoes are now graded from 1 to 5, Grade 1 representing their closest, most precise fit and Grade 5 representing the widest fitting toe box.

The lower the number on the scale, the narrower the fit, which ensures minimal internal movement of the foot when running fast on technical terrain. Shoes with the higher numbers on the scale will suit athletes with a wider foot and those wanting that extra comfort in the toe box. This wider toe box allows the toes to splay for increased stability when lifting heavy weights. It's also perfect for longer runs and races when toes begin to swell.

Inov8 have graded the Roclite 325 GORE-TEX Women's Trail Running Shoes as Grade 3.

They are durably waterproof combined with optimised breathability and are the ideal solution for people who value outstanding climate comfort and heat release.

The Inov8 Roclite 325 Running Shoes are constructed from a flexible nylon mesh upper with mesh inner lining providing all round breathability and key ventilation, keeping your feet cool and dry through every step. Providing stabilisation and security to the upper fabric are super-durable upper materials when combined with an 8mm drop ensures outstanding comfort for you whilst you're out on the run. Built around the natural anatomy of the foot, the new ADAPTERWEB met-cradle adapts to the natural movement and swelling of the foot during motion, whilst the X-LOCK system holds and locks the heel in place to offer increased support and a better fit. The ADAPTERWEB met-cradle wraps around the midsection to coincide with an aesthetically designed fabric overlays which in turn enables a close tight fit with maximum support and reducing torsion to maintain the shape and form, while still looking good. An integrated tongue gusset keeps all debris at bay no matter where you decide to run, whilst a strengthened rubber toe-cap shields the toes from obstructive debris.

POWERFLOW Midsole

Offering a cushioned ride is the two-piece POWERFLOW which delivers 10% better shock absorption and 15% better energy return than standard midsoles allowing you to run harder for longer. integrated into the midsole is Inov8's very own second-generation META-SHANK which is a rock plate that protects the underfoot from sharp rocks. The META-SHANK aligns behind the metatarsals for greater forefoot flexibility and control when contouring, whilst retaining underfoot impact protection.

TRI-C Rubber Outsole

The next-generation Roclite outsole is the most versatile on the market. It features Inov8's Tri-C rubber compound and multi-directional claw-shaped cleats, each with a wide contact area, providing an unrivalled grip over unpredictable terrain and the quick release of debris. Every ounce of energy generated bu the body is transferred to the road through the outsole, with the Tri-C outsole delivering traction throughout the gait cycle. The sticky fusion compound is a mix of synthetic rubber and EVA foam for a smooth ride and grip on an array of surfaces whilst the meta-flex groove is located at the forefoot to encourage natural forefoot flex during the toe-off phase of the gait cycle.
