The Onyx Peak jacket is made of a 100% recycled weather protection fabric, so you get reliable protection from the elements - and a clear conscience! The jacket is also very breathable, a feature you'll certainly appreciate during tough days on the trail.
Constructed from Texapore Ecosphere, the Onyx is very waterproof, windproof and breathable. The waterproofing technology Texapore is the functional core in almost all outer jackets and many weather protection products. The layer between the outer material and the inner lining is reliably waterproof, allows water vapour to escape from the inside and is completely windproof. It makes you independent of the weather so you can enjoy wind and rain with no restrictions. When the weather is good, you have the choice to leave the hood at home as it is removable, and you can adjust the collar according to the weather too. When the hood is in use, it has adjustable volume and field of vision, so you can adjust to have just the right amount of coverage dependant on the weather conditions. Venting zips at the armpits allow you to enjoy a refreshing burst of cool air when things start to heat up, helping to regulate your body temperature and keep you comfortable. The adjustable hem allows you to create a streamlined fit to prevent weather entry and give a more flattering look. The Onyx features a system zipper allowing you to zip in a matching inner jacket should you need an extra layer of warmth in the winter, so you can be ready for all seasons. A selection of pockets provide ideal storage space for your outdoor essentials, whilst reflectors help to improve your visibility in low-light conditions.
