The Mount Elgon is a weatherproof shell jacket ideal for hiking. Constructed from Texapore Ecosphere, the Mount Elgon is very waterproof, windproof and breathable. The waterproofing technology Texapore is the functional core in almost all outer jackets and many weather protection products. The layer between the outer material and the inner lining is reliably waterproof, allows water vapour to escape from the inside and is completely windproof. It makes you independent of the weather so you can enjoy wind and rain with no restrictions. If you need extra ventilation, venting zips under the arms allow you to enjoy a refreshing burst of cool air when things start to heat up, helping to regulate your body temperature and keep you comfortable. The detachable hood has an adjustable volume and field of vision, with an adjustable collar to create the most ideal fit for the weather conditions.
