Whether you're off for a winter walk through the woods or a stroll through the city, with the Rocky Point Parka, you're always dressed for the occasion. It has all the functionality of a weatherproof shell jacket with the look of a classic retro-style parka.
This winter parka is waterproof, windproof and breathable thanks to the Texapore fabric, for the ultimate protection and comfort. Texapore Function 65 is used, a technical weather protection fabric with a robust, rugged, cotton-like finish that provides perfect weather protection and superb wearer comfort. The waterproofing is 100% PFC-free, so you can wear the Rocky Point with a clear conscience. Microguard Ecosphere is used in the Rocky Point, which is a quick-drying, synthetic fibre filling made of 100% recycled polyester that is characterised by a high degree of heat retention. The secret behind Microguard lies in its two thread composition: Micro is a microfibre with a high degree of insulation. Guard is a stabilising fibre layer which provides durability and loft. Together, they provide a quick-drying synthetic fibre filling, which, thanks to its good heat/weight ratio and excellent insulating properties, is particularly effective for winter clothing. Underneath the shell, there's a synthetic lambswool lining for warmth and extra comfort.
The parka features a fixed, extra deep hood with adjustable volume and field of vision. The hood is also lined with the same synthetic lambswool lining as the rest of the Rocky Point, for cosy comfort. When cold wind blows from the side, simply fold out the hood completely for added protection and coverage. The adjustable drawcord waist allows you to create a flattering and comfortable fit, whilst aiding in extra heat retention as it will prevent any heat escaping or weather entering. 2 hand pockets, 2 chest pockets and an inner pocket provide ample storage space for your outdoor essentials, whilst reflectors help to keep you visible in low-light conditions.
