Kahtoola NANOspikes Crampons
Designed for hard surfaces, the NANOspikes crampons deliver low-profile performance that keeps you close to the ground for better stability and a natural stride on icy streets and sidewalks.
Engineered with ice and hard snow surfaces in mind, the NANOspikes Crampons utilise an enhanced TPE harness with 10 concave tungsten carbide spikes that measure 5.3mm to ensure supreme traction. The harness accommodates the majority of trail and hiking footwear, provides a precise and comfortable fit and features patented reinforced eyelets for increased durability. Six spikes feature on the forefoot, and four are located on the heel to ensure exceptional grip on all surfaces and conditions. Centre plate ridges enhance grip and stability on uneven ice and snow, and multi-directional lugs improve traction in packed snow on ascents and descents. Completing the crampon is an integrated toe bail that keeps the toe from pushing through the front of the harness for added security.
