Consisting of Nubuck Leather, the upper is soft but durable, offering protection from sharp rocks, roots and branches that you're likely to encounter on the trails. A KeenDry waterproof membrane allows full protection from water entering the shoe, keeping your feet dry no matter how much it's raining. Along with being waterproof, KeenDry is also highly breathable, and allows vapour to escape out of the boot to help increase the flow of air to your feet. An eyelet lacing system allows for a secure, snug fit, minimising the chance of the boot moving around and rubbing which causes discomfort during long walks.
A direct attach PU midsole provides extensive cushioning for ultimate comfort when hiking for long distances. This also protects your feet from any sharp objects underfoot, preventing injuries such as bruising from occurring. An integrated PU heel cushion offers extra cushioning for absorbing shock, allowing you to go the extra mile in extreme comfort. Lastly, the metatomical EVA footbed provides both support and an additional source of cushioning to prevent discomfort while you're out and about.
Wet or dry, rocky or smooth, the Dual Compound Rubber Outsole provides extensive grip on a variety of different surfaces. This sticky rubber allows you to dig into the ground beneath you, propelling you forward even over tough terrains. A full length stability shank enhances the stability of the boots, allowing you to remain stable when hiking over rocks which reduces the risk of injury occurring.
