La Sportiva TX4 Evo Mid GORE-TEX Women's Walking Boots

A highly versatile boot for all-day adventures, the TX4 Evo GORE-TEX from La Sportiva is lightweight and comfortable, making it ideal for mountaineers and trail enthusiasts. With a unique look inspired by climbing, it is the perfect boot to go off-road and explore the world.

Suede Leather Upper

The TX4 is a tough leather boot designed for technical approach routes and via ferreta. The hard-wearing suede leather uppers give the boot a strong, sturdy feel, and can take anything the trails and mountains throw at them. A GORE-TEX membrane in the upper ensures the boots are durably waterproof combined with optimised breathability offering enduring weather protection. Water stays on the outside while perspiration can easily escape from the inside, thanks to their non-insulated construction they are the ideal solution for people who value outstanding climate comfort and heat release. The uppers are protected by a PU TechLite rand, which offers a high level of abrasion resistance. A mesh lining is included, which protects the foot from all elements. Finished with a rubber toe cap that gives extra protection in rocky terrain, the uppers are built with long approaches in mind to give a lightweight but protected fit. The lacing system of this boot takes inspiration from La Sportiva's long history of cutting-edge climbing shoes and can be used in the mountains quickly and easily. The laces regulate tension and internal volume in one easy move, allowing your full focus to be on the journey ahead.

EVA Midsole

The midsole of the TX4 is made from EVA, which offers outstanding stress and impact resistance properties while retaining a comfortable fit. The EVA protects your foot from the impact, collisions and stresses it can endure during long adventures outdoors. The TX4 has taken inspiration from mountain running shoes in this regard; the shock absorption and flexibility seen in this boot use technology used in more traditional trail running shoes, making the TX4 an outstanding all-around choice. The TX4 features a unique STB Control System. This is where the uppers wrap around the midsole at the middle of the boot, enhancing stability on traverses. This provides a snug fit for enhanced comfort and precision allowing your adventures to be longer and even more enjoyable.

Vibram MegaGrip Outsole

Providing you with the necessary grip and traction across the changing conditions of your hike or climb, the TX4 Evo has a Vibram MegaGrip outsole construction with Impact Brake System and Climbing zones included. This outsole is designed especially for adventuring climbing routes and return trails on technical conditions and using TPU components on the heel to optimise stability even when traversing more difficult terrains. The outsole has a RESOLE PLATFORM designed for quick and easy resoling by replacing the tread.
