La Sportiva Trango Pro GORE-TEX Walking Boots

The Trango Pro GORE-TEX has been developed for the most demanding users who need safety and performance on technical and traditional mountaineering routes in summer conditions. Made with next-generation concepts and materials, the Trango Pro has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail to ensure maximum technicality, precision climbing and extremely low weight, to meet the needs of mountain professionals and more advanced users.

High Tenacity Nylon 6.6 Upper

Designed using a high-tenacity nylon upper, the Trango Pro helps protect your feet against knocks and bumps. The material features Honeycomb Guard anti-abrasion zones to reduce wear from the harshest trails while the new Trango-Ergo last has been designed to better adapt to and fit different foot shapes, allowing mountaineers to experience maximum precision and comfort. A GORE-TEX membrane also resides in the upper that combines durable waterproofness and optimised breathability, offering enduring waterproof protection and optimised climate comfort. Water stays on the outside while perspiration can easily escape from the inside, thanks to their innovative construction they are an ideal solution for the widest range of outdoor activities and changing weather conditions. In addition, a 3D Flex system is applied to the heel to offer superb stability while the Vortex Gaiter with quick closure hugs the leg to prevent debris and snow from entering the boot. The lace loop webbing has been reinforced with steel wire to provide a locked-in fit and working alongside this are the carbon-filled technopolymer hooks for extra strength and a lighter weight. Completing the upper is a protective rubber toe rand for added protection against rocks and other trail hazards.

Low Density Polyurethane Midsole

Utilising a shock-absorbing low-density polyurethane midsole, the Trango Pro helps to reduce impact underfoot and promotes prolonged use of the boots. Additionally, the boots have a carbon-filled nylon insole, providing an additional layer of comfort and cushioning. In addition, the combination of materials present through the midsole provides your feet with exceptional durability and cushioning. Finally, the midsole has a rear TPU insert making them crampon compatible.

Vibram Cube Evo Outsole

The outsole has been constructed using Vibram Cube Evo technology that provides unparalleled grip on wet and dry surfaces to ensure you can perform no matter what. The outsole additionally supplies you with a superior grip with rugged longevity as well as the optimal balance of stability and flexibility for ground adaptation, allowing you to the feedback that you're getting from your foothold. The outsole also features a climbing zone at the toe for extra grip where needed as well as an impact brake system that enhances traction uphill and downhill, providing confidence when traversing over unpredictable terrain.
