Lowe Alpine have used the V-Trax back system in the Atlas 65 Backpack, this is an adjustable and breathable system that allows you to fine-tune the pack for the perfect fit. The backpack uses a heavily padded foam on the lower back to prevent items from sticking into you while you're on the move, whilst the shoulder straps are the same keeping you comfortable when in use. The shoulder straps are kept in the correct position by a best strap, that can be adjusted for the perfect feel. Providing a secure fit the bag has a padded hip belt which takes 70% of the weight pushing it down to your legs reducing the pressure on your lower back. Flex grooves have been added to allow for a more natural feel when hiking.

The Lowe Alpine Atlas 65 Backpack provides plenty of room to store your gear, the main compartment is covered by a large zipped lid, this has a built-in internal pocket that is big enough to store your essentials. Multiple pockets feature, two side pockets big enough to hold 1 litre water bottles, with large zip bellows pockets sitting above perfect for storing snacks or additional layers. Finishing the storage features of the bag there is a zipped compartment at the bottom that can be used to store a sleeping bag or mat. Other features that are included with the backpack are 'tip grippers' which hold walking poles securely, a built-in rain cover for when the weather decides to turn, ice axe loops and a key clip inside the lid pocket.
