The Merrell Momentous Trail Walking Shoe is constructed using a mesh and TPU upper and a mesh lining; the mesh allows air to fully permeate the upper providing a supply of cool, fresh air whilst simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air that resides in the shoe during heavy exertion. The burrito tongue wraps the foot enhancing a natural fit and promoting a locked in and secure feel. Designed with M-Select FRESH Antimicrobial agents to reduce shoe odor, these shoes are made to keep you feeling fresher, for longer. The antimicrobial agents reside in the shoe lining and materials preventing sweat and moisture from affecting the freshness of your shoe by penetrating and disrupting the reproduction of the odor-causing microbes in your shoes. The Hyperlock TPU Film heel counter provides a locked-in feel whilst the traditional lace-up system allows an adjustable fit for added security keeping your foot in place eliminating distraction slipping and rubbing.

The molded nylon arch shank provides a supportive structure that resides between the insole and the outsole; diminishing the load incurred on your feet and calves over the course of your adventure the molded nylon arch shank helps to reduce fatigue, whilst the EVA removable footbed provides you with the opportunity to add in your own insoles.
