Merrell Moab 3 GORE-TEX Men's Walking Shoes (2E Width)

For over 15 years, the Moab has been the choice of hikers when a choice needs to be made, making it the bestselling hiker in the world. Famous for its out-of-the-box comfort, durability and all-purpose versatility, its predecessors have enabled 20 million people to step further outdoors. Version 3 features a new, more supportive insole, a softer, more cushioned midsole, a grippier Vibram outsole, and partially recycled fabrics.

GORE-TEX Upper

Utilising a suede leather construction alongside a mesh upper, the Moab 3 GORE-TEX Walking Shoes have a comfortable, breathable upper with the ability to keep feet cool, as well as dry, thanks to the GORE-TEX lining integrated into the shoes. The leather materials provide an enhanced level of protection against knocks and bumps, dirt and debris, for shoes with long-lasting properties. 100% recycled breathable mesh inserts allow feet to breathe by replacing warm, used air with cool, fresh air, keeping feet at an optimum level of comfort. The GORE-TEX lining ensures that water, rain and damp conditions are kept on the outside, therefore keeping feet dry and cosy no matter what the conditions are. A protective toe cap further enhances protection for your feet, ensuring knocks and bumps won't cause injury to your toes and feet. Alongside this, a bellowed tongue prevents dirt and debris from entering your shoes, and the 100% recycled laces and webbing keep feet locked in and secure, ensuring in-shoe slippage is prevented.

Removable Kinetic Fit Advanced Footbed

To provide feet with a high level of comfort and breathability, a mesh lining resides through the midsole of these shoes to keep feet feeling fresh from start to finish. The walking shoes have a contoured, removable Kinetic Fit insole that provides enhanced heel and arch structure, with the intuitive shape and recycled EVA offering exceptional stability and comfort. This is combined with the integrated Merrell air cushions located in the heels. The Moab 3 GORE-TEX works to reduce fatigue and provide medium support to keep you going further for longer during demanding and challenging activities. The moulded nylon arch shank provides a supportive structure that resides between the insole and the outsole, diminishing the load incurred on your feet and calves over the course of your adventure. The moulded nylon arch shank further helps to reduce fatigue. Finally, a Super Rebound Compound provides feet with durable shock absorption in the heel to help reduce torque, as well as allows for a smooth transition into the midfoot.

Vibram TC5+ Outsole

Designed with a technical compound and exceptional overall performance, perfect for outdoor activities, the outsole construction of Moab 3's has a Vibram TC5+ outsole. The outsole is designed to offer traction and support in all conditions. This construction allows the shoes to have some flexibility for more comfortable stepping. The advanced rubber compound provides traction on wet and dry surfaces in even the most extreme temperatures, ensuring you have confident footing no matter where you choose to explore. Finished with a 5mm lug pattern, the outsole helps you move through dirt and trail with unparalleled traction and grip.
