Barefoot at its best, the Vapor Glove 7 is the most flexible and minimalist shoe in Merrell's range, measuring a mere 8mm stack height.
The Vapor Glove 7 features a mesh upper designed for maximum airflow and ventilated comfort. This highly breathable construction is paired with a 100% recycled mesh lining for a soft, sustainable feel. A padded collar prevents irritation, while the burrito-style tongue provides a secure, foot-wrapping fit that supports natural movement. Your feet are protected from impacts and abrasions with a reinforced toe cap designed to withstand knocks and scrapes. The uppers feature Cleansport NXT technology, which uses natural microbes to break down odour-causing bacteria and maintain freshness. For a secure, personalised fit, the shoe is finished with a traditional lacing system and 100% recycled laces.
A minimalist yet comfortable EVA midsole has been used underfoot. This cushioning protects your joints upon impact, instantly converting that energy into a responsive rebound for a more springy feel. Built with Merrell Barefoot 2 construction, the shoe encourages a natural foot position to improve your gait and heighten ground sensory feedback. For immediate comfort, the 30% recycled EVA foam insole and 100% recycled mesh cover ensure a cool, cushioned fit from the moment you step in.
The Vapor Glove 7 features a Vibram TC5+ outsole, specifically engineered for Merrell, to deliver superior grip and traction across various terrains. This exclusive compound provides exceptional ground connection for multi-sport use while remaining highly durable and resistant to wear and tear.
