Merrell Wrapt Men's Walking Shoes

Featuring the fit of our famous barefoot collection, this versatile hybrid with an aggressive rubber sole is designed to mimic the shape of the human foot, keeping it in the position it would be in barefoot for natural, optimised movement and comfort.

Leather Upper

Experience ultimate comfort and durability thanks to the leather upper of the Wrapt. The shoes are crafted from suede leather that is both naturally breathable. These provide robust protection against hazards on the trail, such as loose rocks, branches, and debris, while keeping your feet dry in poor weather conditions. The breathable mesh lining allows for excellent ventilation so feet breathe, keeping you fresh and focused, while a bellows tongue provides even further protection against debris, sealing out dirt and gravel. The traditional lace closure allows for a secure fit, ensuring stability and control.

EVA Midsole

An EVA foam has been used within the midsole to ensure a light, durable ride. This ensures ample underfoot cushioning to reduce impact on the feet on tough trails, whilst remaining as lightweight as possible, so you'll never feel weighed down. The lightweight midsole offers supreme cushioning and support to key areas like the arch and heel, securing your foot for a smoother transition and wear. By supporting these key areas of the foot, the midsole material offers enough support to prevent discomfort and possible injury. Increasing comfort, Merrell has included an integrated EVA foam insole with a 100% recycled mesh footbed cover, for a soft feel the moment you put them on. Additionally, a Cleansport NXT treatment has been added to prevent the growth of odour-causing microbes, keeping the shoes feeling and smelling fresher for longer.

Quantum Grip Outsole

Developed to provide traction and grip, the Wrapt uses a durable rubber outsole. Offering a multi-directional grip, the outsole provides traction on varied terrain, ensuring confident footing whether you're hiking or out for a stroll in the local park. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it protects itself from damage and users from slipping. It is also highly durable, meaning no matter what you throw at it, the Wrapt will perform time after time. The outsole enables confidence in the most extreme trail environments, keeping you constantly grounded. The Wrapt has been designed with the Merrell Barefoot 2 construction to keep the foot in its natural 'barefoot' position for optimised movement and comfort, whilst also allowing for greater proprioception.
