Breathable Mesh Upper and Leather Upper

Designed using a mesh upper alongside leather reinforcements, the Moab 3 has a comfortable, breathable upper with the ability to keep feet cool. The breathable mesh allows cool air to flow and, at the same time, removes unwanted warm air, keeping feet at an optimum level of comfort, while the leather provides an enhanced level of protection from the rigours of outdoor adventures. Shielding toes from knocks and bumps, the shoes have a protective toe cap and bellowed tongue, keeping out debris and preventing chafing. A breathable mesh lining enhances ventilation, and completing the upper is a traditional lacing system which locks the midfoot for a secure fit.

Super Rebound Compound Midsole

Within the midsole, the Moab 3 uses a Super Rebound Compound to ensure a light, durable ride. The midsole provides ample underfoot cushioning to reduce the impact placed upon the feet on tough trails whilst remaining as lightweight as possible so you'll never feel weighed down. The lightweight midsole offers supreme cushioning and support to key areas like the arch and heel, holding the foot securely in place for a smoother transition and wear. A Merrell Air Cushion has also been added to the heel to further help absorb shock while increasing stability. A moulded nylon arch shank provides a supportive structure that resides between the insole and the outsole, diminishing the load incurred on your feet and calves throughout your adventure and helping to reduce fatigue. Lastly, a Moab 3 footbed contours to your foot for a more comfortable stride.

Vibram TC5+ Outsole

Constructed using a technical compound and exceptional overall performance, perfect for outdoor activities, the outsole of Moab 3 features a Vibram TC5+ compound. The outsole is designed to offer traction and support in all conditions while enabling the shoes to have some flexibility for more comfortable stepping. The advanced rubber compound provides traction on wet and dry surfaces in even the most extreme temperatures, ensuring you have confident footing no matter where you choose to explore. Finished with a 5mm lug pattern, the outsole helps you move through dirt and trail with unparalleled traction and grip.
