Mizuno Wave Rider Neo Women's Running Shoes

Experience cutting-edge running technology. Mizuno's latest technology, Enerzy, takes cushioning and energy return to new heights, giving the Wave Rider Neo a premium, soft, and extremely dynamic feel.

Waveknit Upper

The upper of the shoe uses Mizuno's Waveknit material. This sock-like construction will provide you with a dynamic and natural fit which will allow you to kick on and run with freedom. Using Mizuno's developed technology, the upper is made using AIRmesh. This ultra-lightweight material allows the shoe to maintain a high standard of breathability and comfort in the upper. A steady airflow enters and exits the shoe, which works to keep the feet feeling fresh and cool. With Mizuno's integrated DynamotionFit technology, the shoe is tailored to have a glove-like fit. The engineering of it means that it also adapts to your gait cycle, again making it feel personalised. Completing the upper is a heel tab allowing you to put these on with comfort and ease.

Mizuno Enerzy and Mizuno Wave Foam Midsole

The Wave Sky Neo is suited to neutral runners who want a well-cushioned every-day shoe. This new version is updated with Mizuno's latest technology Mizuno Enerzy along the full midsole to provide an extremely soft and bouncy feeling. Mizuno Enerzy has been developed with the mission to enhance performance capacity and guarantee that athletes retain more of the energy that they put in. All whilst providing an overall more comfortable feeling. This new technology is a product of the brand's combined knowledge on rebound benefits from Mizuno's cross-sports category expertise and its core Mizuno Wave footwear function, which provides a unique combination of cushioning and stability. Mizuno Wave foam stays as a core element of the midsole construction to guarantee stability, control shock absorption, and enhance cushioning. The Wave's unique shape will absorb all energy from the strike of the foot on the pavements, where it is then dispersed. This will protect the feet from heavy impacts, as well as adding stability by spreading the energy. The Wave Rider provides a new level of softness and energy return that comes from Mizuno's pursuit of the most comfortable and smooth running experience to neutral runners who prefer a well-cushioned shoe that makes them feel like they're floating when running.

G3 Outsole

The translucent G3 outsole allows for longer wear in high impact areas and provides more traction at the heel strike so you can run hard. Ensuring for stronger toe-off, the G3 outsole provides additional cushioning towards the forefoot allowing you to run with a spring in your step. Flex grooves adorn the outsole to promote natural movement from the heel to the forefoot, initiating that rocking-chair motion for fluid, uninhibited strides. All of this equates to a run full of grip and traction ensuring you remain stable at all times.
