The midsole construction combines the new Mizuno Enerzy Lite with Enerzy foam, the result is a highly cushioned shoe that's responsive with great energy return. The Mizuno Enerzy Lite is 17% lighter and 35% more responsive than previously used U4iC foam. Mizuno Enerzy has been developed with the mission to enhance performance capacity and guarantee that athletes retain more of the energy that they put in. Sandwiched between the two foams is a full-length Pebax Rilsan wave plate which works to stabilise your foot and propel you forward with each stride.
