Get the best dynamic cushioning and stability in this shoe that incorporates Mizuno Wave technology. You'll be the fastest in the field with the shoe's support for lateral movement, turf grip and acceleration.
Enhancing breathability and in-shoe comfort, the Wave Lynx 2 Hockey Shoes utilise a breathable mesh upper. Strategically placed perforations in the fabric provide exceptional levels of breathability to prevent feet from overheating and ensure they remain focused during those important games. The materials are moisture-wicking to help prevent an uncomfortable growth of moisture and sweat, even during the more intense games. Alongside this, the hockey shoes have synthetic leather materials to add support during lateral movements and provide protection from impact and abrasions. Finally, a traditional lace-up provides a secure, locked-in fit, helping to prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring and keeping feet comfortable during matches and training sessions.
A high-density EVA insert in the rear foot delivers plush in-step cushioning and a premium level of stability. U4icX technology has been added to the construction of the Wave Lynx 2. U4icX is an evolutionary lightweight midsole that provides cushioned comfort and high rebounds. Creating a snug fit, the rear of the foot is locked in place to reduce in-shoe slippage for a distraction-free match. The high-density EVA further works to attenuate shock impact at the heel when striking down on hard, unforgiving surfaces to spare joints from aches and pains. Working with Mizuno Wave technology and a cushioned wall, the midsole helps to absorb shock impact at foot strike and disperses the energy to deliver a smooth, more cushioned feel with every step. A removable insole provides cushioned comfort from the instep with the option for a customisable fit.
A durable rubber X10 outsole provides superb traction on the court for quick and dynamic movement. Specifically designed Dynamotion flex grooves adorn the outsole to improve stability and agility on the court during fast lateral movements and twists and turns.
