Mizuno Neo Vista 2 Women's Running Shoes

The Neo Vista 2 is a game-changing 'super trainer' designed for mile after mile of endless, joyous running! Featuring Mizuno's unique formation of technology, it enhances responsiveness and cushioning, helping you improve your performance and propel you into every stride with ease. The 2nd generation of this iconic shoe provides an experience for immersing yourself into the act of running, paying homage to the simple, blissful needs of the runner, alongside the technical simplicity of the Vista 2 design.

One-Piece Soft Knit Upper

Encasing each foot with breathable comfort, the shoes feature a premium, one-piece soft knit upper. The uppers hug the foot securely and, with perforations strategically placed throughout, supply feet with optimum breathability. The constant supply of airflow to your feet will prevent discomfort when under more pressure and ensure that they stay fresh from start to finish of your run. Featuring a sock-like fit, the materials encase feet comfortably and securely, to help reduce the level of unnecessary, excessive movement and allow you to quickly and efficiently slip your foot in when rushing out for your next run. These materials also mean there is an intricate variation of tension in the uppers to provide a firmer lockdown in the midfoot, and a relaxed sensation through the forefoot for comfortable, natural toe-splay. Further providing in-shoe security and extra levels of stability, a heel counter locks down the rear foot, adding security whilst retaining comfort for every run. The stretchy sock-like design means the shoes have a soft, integrated tongue and seamless design which sits comfortably against your foot, prevents excessive movement of the feet and reduces irritation. A traditional lace-up construction further locks down the midfoot for stability and security when running on changing road surfaces. Finally, a heel loop makes putting the shoes on and taking them off much easier.

Mizuno Enerzy NXT Midsole

Improving on cushioning and overall responsiveness, the Neo Vista 2 features a new nitrogen-infused Mizuno Enerzy NXT midsole. This next-generation high-performance material features at the top of the midsole for soft, comfortable strides. This updated technology is lighter than previous Enerzy foams, with greater cushioning and enabling more output so you can keep pushing for much longer. Its super soft rebound keeps you feeling bouncy and energetic for constant comfort. Absorbing shocks and impact when striking down on tough, unforgiving surfaces, the shoes reduce injury and discomfort so you can concentrate solely on the road ahead. Working alongside this is Mizuno's Smooth Speed Assist technology, which helps to lessen the load on your calf and muscles, enhance support, and ensure a more efficient running form. The structure enriches your daily mileage and long jogs for effortless high performance and encourages smooth transitions. Iconic to Mizuno, the Neo Vista 2 utilises a Mizuno Wave plate, which slots in the middle of the midsole foam. The wave-shaped glass-fibre reinforced nylon plate keeps feet stable and supports you without sacrificing cushioning. Softer than carbon, but firmer than TPU, the plate is the perfect choice for a swift, exciting daily running experience.

X10 Outsole

Supplying optimum grip and traction underfoot, and keeping you supported across an array of road running surfaces, the Neo Vista 2 features an X10 outsole. This is a durable, grippy carbon rubber compound that allows you to traverse long, road-running ventures and is super durable for long-lasting reliability. The rubber is more present on the lateral heel, adding durability in high-impact areas and providing more traction during heel strikes. Updated from the first version, the shoes have even more grip on the outsole to keep you focused on your performance and the miles ahead. The forefoot flex grooves and flex controllers then work together to continue the smooth forward motion, resulting in an efficient fluid motion that allows runners to harness their power.
