Mizuno Wave Mujin 11 Men's Trail Running Shoes

Experience running a new trail with the shoes that offer well-balanced support, including enhanced cushioning and a new shoelace structure for security and comfort.

Breathable Mesh Upper

Preparing you for treacherous, tricky trails and keeping feet on the adventures, the Wave Mujin 11 features a breathable mesh upper. Strategic perforations in the fabrics provide feet with a constant supply of cool, fresh air, meaning they remain comfortable during tricky periods of your run. Moisture-wicking properties also prevent the build-up of sweat and moisture, therefore keeping you dry when things get tough and keeping you focused on the journey ahead. Enhancing the overall longevity of the shoes, the uppers are super durable with reinforced overlays to keep you protected from knocks and bumps on the trails, and keep you confident in your choice of trail running footwear. An updated shoelace design across the midfoot helps to keep feet securely in place, preventing in-shoe slipping from occurring and providing you with the perfect fit.

Mizuno Wave Midsole

Optimising underfoot comfort and stability, the Wave Mujin 11 combines Mizuno's best technology to keep you comfortable and prepared for every trail running endeavour. A Mizuno Wave compound is a unique structure inspired by nature, with a wave design. The full-length Mizuno Wave has EVA with two levels of hardness to enhance stability without the need to sacrifice cushioning. Alongside this, the Mujin 11 features two types of Mizuno Enerzy, including a top layer of Mizuno Enerzy NXT for optimum cushioning and excellent energy return. Mizuno Enerzy also delivers excellent softness and rebound, with enhanced durability to keep you energetic and bouncy on long trail adventures. The unique midsole structures provide shock-absorbing properties to help reduce the impact when striking down on tough, less-forgiving surfaces, reducing injuries and discomfort. Completing the midsole is a high-grade removable insock for premium comfort and even more cushioning.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole

The Wave Mujin 11 features a high-performance Vibram Megagrip outsole that delivers exceptional traction, stability, and grip in various trail running environments. Its durable rubber ensures long-lasting performance, providing a reliable grip, trail after trail. The shoe is equipped with multi-directional lugs for optimal grip on technical and wet terrain, helping you stay stable and confident on steep ascents, descents, or uneven surfaces. These lugs dig into the ground and secure your foot, giving you the confidence to handle any terrain with ease.
