Mizuno Wave Rider 30 Women's Running Shoes

Experience the next evolution of smooth, reliable road running with the Mizuno Wave Rider 30. Designed for runners seeking the perfect balance of cushioning, responsiveness, and durability, the Wave Rider 30 delivers a premium daily training experience for everything from easy miles to long-distance runs.

Engineered Knit Upper

The Mizuno Wave Rider 30 offers exceptional comfort and breathability from the moment you put them on. Utilising an updated engineered knit fabric, the upper encourages cool, refreshing air to flow while removing unwanted warm air, helping to regulate temperature and create a perfect microclimate where feet can thrive. The padded heel collar sits close to the ankle for increased comfort, while the heel pull tabs assist in putting the shoes on and off. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system, which locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement for a secure, locked-in feel.

Dual-Layered ENERZY NXT Midsole

The midsole of the Wave Rider 30 is constructed with a double-layer of Mizuno's ultra-soft and responsive Mizuno ENERZY NXT foam, providing next-level comfort and performance. The top layer features a nitrogen-infused version of the iconic Enerzy NXT foam for incredible energy return and plush cushioning to provide forward propulsion and comfort underfoot. Working with this, a traditional EVA-based Enerzy NXT midsole adds even more cushioning. Its soft rebound keeps strides bouncy and energetic for constant comfort. Working with this is a Mizuno Wave Plate, which provides shock-absorbing properties to reduce discomfort. The plate absorbs impact when striking down on tough, less-forgiving surfaces, providing you with underfoot propulsion and a more stable ride.

X10 Rubber Outsole

The X-10 carbon rubber outsole of the Wave Rider 30 has been crafted for supreme durability in high-wear areas, providing longer grip and enhanced traction at the heel. This design reduces stress on your knees and joints, offering a more comfortable ride and optimising your gait efficiency. Additionally, the outsole delivers maximum grip and traction, giving you a firm and assured footing, so you can run with confidence and push your limits every time. Updated from their predecessors, the Wave Rider 30 has a 14mm wider midfoot gauge, which contributes to a more stable ride without adding excess weight.
