Mizuno Enerzy XP Midsole

The midsole is built using double-layered Mizuno Enerzy XP foam for softness, light weight and energy return. Placed between these layers is the Mizuno Wave Plate. This carbon-infused plate enhances stability without affecting softness, extending to the forefoot, combining with Smooth Assist technology. G3 Outsole

The outsole is made from G3 PU resin and delivers excellent grip and traction to support speed running.
