Providing impressive warmth for its minimal weight and bulk, the Eclipse Hooded Jacket is an essential layer for everything from ski touring to valley walks. A stretchy grown-on hood provides versatility, while three zipped pockets keep essentials secure and thumb loops layer under gloves on freezing days.
The Mountain Equipment Eclipse Hooded Jacket has been crafted from a Pontetorto Tecnostretch 238 fleece, which has been designed to provide you with excellent warmth without the bulk. The material may be lightweight, but it is abrasion-resistant, durable and has exceptional elasticity, allowing freedom of movement when outdoors. The fabric has been treated with Polygiene anti-microbial technology, reducing bacteria build-up and keeping the jacket smelling fresher between washes. The jacket's Active Fit design moves with the body, reducing restrictions when on the move. A grown-on hood protects against the changing weather while providing warmth on those colder days. Coverstitched seams throughout the Eclipse Jacket provide next-to-skin comfort for reduced chafing, making it perfect for all-day use. A full-length zip makes on/off easy and provides ventilation when your adventure heats up. Low-bulk cuffs with integrated thumb loops keep your hands warm on those cold days. Mountain Equipment include a zipped Napoleon pocket with a mesh back and two hand warmer pockets, providing space to store your essential items.
